In your first appointment, your therapist will identify anatomical dysfunction and limitations in order to create an exercise program to meet your body's needs for postural alignment. Using a series of re-positioning, strengthening, stretching, and functional exercises, you'll have the tools to facilitate normal muscle function and interaction. Your personal Egoscue program can be easily integrated into your daily life for long-term results. Even if scoliosis is your issue, I can help. Whether you're in Birmingham, AL or anywhere else, we can get the tools to you.

Owner and founder Beth Brake knows that healing is an inside job, and has experienced firsthand the benefits of Egoscue. As a certified Postural Alignment Specialist (PAS), ACE Orthopedic Specialist, Cancer Exercise Specialist, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and Reiki Practitioner, Beth brings to the table a wealth of knowledge in healing the mind, body, and spirit, and seeks to provide support and comfort for her clients, every step of the way.
