In your first appointment, your therapist will identify anatomical dysfunction and limitations in order to create an exercise program to meet your body's needs for postural alignment. Using a series of re-positioning, strengthening, stretching, and functional exercises, you'll have the tools to facilitate normal muscle function and interaction. Your personal Egoscue program can be easily integrated into your daily life for long-term results. Even if scoliosis is your issue, I can help. Owner and founder Beth Brake knows that healing is an inside job, and has experienced firsthand the benefits of Egoscue. As a certified Postural Alignment Specialist (PAS), ACE Orthopedic Specialist, Cancer Exercise Specialist, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and Reiki Practitioner, Beth brings to the table a wealth of knowledge in healing the mind, body, and spirit, and seeks to provide support and comfort for her clients, every step of the way.
